Kim is indeed a totalitarian dictator. Stalin in miniature. More like Stalin IMHO, but you could compare to him to either if your only talking about how he rules his own people.
But on the world scene he is not comparable to Hitler at all for the obvious reason that Hitler ruled a powerful middle sized industrial nation that committed military aggression on a huge scale and succeeded in enslaving the whole continent of Europe. Kim rules the weaker portion of the one middle sized nation of Korea. The pro American South has more than twice the population size of the north. So Kim is like Hitler if Hitler never conquered Europe, AND if Hitler never even got to rule to three forths of Germany itself. Pound for pound he maybe as nasty as Hitler, but Kim is a nasty pipsqeak terrier barking at our heels, and not a wolf in our own weight class coming at our door the way Hitler did.
And HOW could Kim "Kim kill fifty million people"? The entire population of North Korea was nine million at the time of the Korean War, and has grown to only 26 million. He doesn't have enough people under his control to do that.
Stalin and Mao ruled continental sized countries. And Germany and Japan were middle sized countries that succeeded in conquering continental sized chunks of the world. So the German, Japanese, Chinese, and Russian, regimes were able commit genocides on a continental scale. Kim only has his miserable little third of country to kick around. And his motivation is not conquest, but a desperate fear of the collapse of his regime.
The left does not love Kim. Its Trump himself who loves to brag about his partnership with his new found buddy Kim. And its Trump who accused the South Koreans of "laughing at the US because we pay for their defense", and it was Trump (not the mainstream GOP,nor the Dems, nor the US military, nor "the left" )who wants to pull our troops out of South Korea. Talk about appeasement.
You seem to WANT the US to invade the North just get rid of Kim. In two words "regime change". IF you glance at the map you would instantly realize that if we did that that China would invade back and we would be in WWIII.
And besides...I thought all of you Trump supporters were Trump supporters precisely because you are sick of the US doing "regime changes" and nation building.
