It is getting so pervasive that now even Ruth Bader Ginsburg has become one of the enemy.
They will probably start saying she has gone senile.

When Nancy Pelosi and RBG start sounding like the moderates in the party, you know the democrats have jumped the shark.

Bernie Sanders often had nice things to say about Ron Paul. People who have to interact regularly are likely to find positives traits in their coworkers, even if they find them highly disagreeable in other ways.

More so, the right's constant whining that Pelosi and RBG are extreme is what has jumped the shark. This constant insisting that anyone who isn't lock-step on board with the far-right agenda is actually a radical leftist and socialist is starting to make socialism a less scary word to those of us who didn't grow up during the cold war. Thanks Republicans.
