Too bad Republicans are going to have to speak up now against other Republicans like other minorities have to to fight prejudice.

I really do wish everyone would catch on to the idea of making a clear distinction between traditional GOP Republicans and Trump's MAGA "Republicans".

I don't think George Bush wrote that.

He is famous for saying dumb things.

Mon. Nov. 9:

Quote:
“Unfortunately, we were the last incumbent president to lose, and it’s not easy,” he said.

“But we’ve had enough time to look at what’s going on, there have been a lot of allegations they continue to investigate, but from my viewpoint, I don’t think there’s any systemic fraud.”

This is former Republican Vice-President Dan Quayle who was elected along with George H.W. Bush in 1988.

Now, please remember, major media called the election for Joe Biden on Saturday, Nov. 7th. And Quayle made the above statement two days later on Monday, Nov. 9th.

And good for the former Vice-President! :D

They can say honest and sane things because they don't have to try to get re-elected by their lunatic base again.

Never did I think we would get to a point where we would have an even more humiliating president than Bush but the GOP has outdone itself.

One thing I never thought I would see is a white, male Republican being defined as a minority member.

This particular Republican said it all. Better than anyone else of either party has stated it so far IMHO.

Especially in our U.S. House of Representatives. Out of 211 Republicans in the House, 138 voted to object to the electoral votes from Pennsylvania — when there is basically zero evidence of any good quality that there was widespread fraud.

Either these smart people believe in this bat s**t craziness themselves or they’re blatantly pandering or, what I think is most common, it’s a type of self-hypnosis in which, like a sales person at a job, you warm to something and get yourself believing what you need to believe in. (So, yes, more on the pandering side.)

I’d also point out that we’ve had a slow erosion of middle-class jobs ever since the 1970s. I mean, for crying out loud! So, asking ourselves, would we really expect not to have various types of scapegoating and not to have various types of conspiracy theories?

Of the presidential candidates, I think Andy Yang may have been the most intriguing. Though I might disagree with him on some details, at least he puts the issue of job loss front and center. And in his book The War on Normal People, I thought his strongest argument was the example of “rust belt” cities such as Youngstown, Ohio, and Gary, Indiana, and Camden, New Jersey, which used to be prosperous communities — but no longer.

I think we’re a long way from the Gerald R. Ford middle America and fiscal conservative party, and from the idea of ordered liberty.

Here are three examples of myth making:

1) The idea that global warming is a hoax.

2) Benghazi in 2012 was a tragedy in which four American citizens died. However, Republicans have beat this drum and beat the drum and tried to make it be something more.

3) The only attempted major fraud in this election was a Trump appointee trying to louse up mail service over the Summer, and then attempts to “stop the count” late on election night. Claims of major fraud in Philly or Atlanta have no evidence and are just repeated assertions.

If Arnold Alois Schwarzenegger could run for President, he would have my vote.

Thank you for posting this video.

A powerful statement by the former governor of California.

I used to say George W was the worst President of all time. I owe him an apology.

He's certainly been one of Trump's most vocal critics. I have developed a new respect for the guy over the last four years that I didn't have during his time in office.

Donald Trump is in the lead now.
