Oh yes, but what I meant is, why didn't Floyd mention he was an informant, hoping to get some better treatment out of it, or hoping that it might change their minds possibly? I mean when are being brutalized, wouldn't it even occur to Floyd, that this might help?

Chauvin and Floyd both worked security at a Latino nightclub for 4(?) years.
Once Chauvin was arrested, the nightclub owner contacted the police and media; Chauvin was repeatedly disciplined for aggression towards clientele, including tasering.
He also had a dislike towards Floyd, though I have been unable to find any documented conflicts/fights.
BUT Chauvin knew and disliked Floyd and recognized him during the arrest.
I have not heard of any disclplinary problems with Floyd while he worked at the nightclub.

But if he had a history of violence as a bouncer, how come that never caused him to be fired from his police job, since officers are fired for things like that on other occasions?

MANY incidents, both as a bouncer and as a cop, have been discovered about Chauver since his arrest.

Oh okay, so if he was outline at the bar, no one ever called the police on him and filed a report, not even ever any customers?

How often does reporting a cop's antisocial behaviour to other cops result in anything but problems for the one making the report?

Have found this to be true , and I don’t. Say anything anymore now . And most often avoid conversations with officers , unless they are out of uniform, even then if I know they are a cop , am very reserved in how i deal with them. Almost like dealing with gang members , is how it feels to me at times . Advise by attorneys. Never talk to cops with out your attorney present , no matter what ! Cops can easily take things outta context .
This does not preclude normal greetings . Must consider they ARE. Doing a job . And the more felony busts
They get on their record , the better they look. To their Superiors .

Snitching on bad cops tends to just make one a target for harassment by cops who are sympathetic to their colleague without ever actually seeing anything done to prosecute the criminal with a badge.

I dont know about that. I reported a cop who I thought was out of line once and no cops came after me for it. I guess the figure they have better things to do?

I mean wouldn't that conversation go something like this between cops:.

COP 1:
"A civilian complained about me. can you do me a favor and stock and harass them while you are on the job?"

OTHER COPS:
"No we have actual work to do. We don't have time for that to satisfy your personal quabbles with someone"

Plus if Chauvin was a bouncer back then, people at the bar would have thought he was a bouncer and not a cop, wouldn't they?

Chauvin looks not guilty.

Some facts:
George Floyd had a lethal dose of fentanyl in his blood.
Fentanyl causes breathing difficulty.
George Floyd resisted arrest.
Officer Chauvin was following police procedure.

those look like very deadly guidelines to follow during a arrest .
