Unlikely Republican candidate for an NH sheriff!

This seems real, as there are several sources. A transgender satanist anarchist candidate, Aria DiMezzo, won the Republican primary for a sheriff position in New Hampshire as the only one in the primary field, although people could have supported a write-in. She had only just joined the GOP as a troll candidate!

She was surprised to win. She says people don't even know a thing about the person they're voting for! Which seems to be a problem in US politics.

She's standing against a long term Democrat incumbent so is unlikely to become sheriff but stood in the primary to prove a point.

My ex-mother inlaw lives in Chesire county,that's the Keene area.

I'm surprised I haven't seen that in the news.

I did a google search and found this story all over the world,but nothing from New Hampshire or the New England area.

The Brattleboro,VT/Keene,NH area is the type of place where no one would care if there sheriff was a transexual,anarchist,satanist so maybe no one gave a damn

Seems they were short of candidates for the primary after one dropped out from the race a few days before.

It's Chesire county New Hampshire,that explains it all.
