Massachusetts state troopers saved kittens from a burning car after a car chase.
Troopers on patrol of the Mass turnpike in Framingham tried to pull over a car for not having a inspection sticker friday afternoon and the cars owner had a suspended license.
The car sped away when the emergency lights were activated by police.
The driver only identified as a Westford woman ended the chase when her car caught fire and she then pulled over the side of the road.
After being arrested she told the troopers that she had kittens inside,police smashed the back window and pulled out the transport carrier that held both kittens,the kittens were unharmed and ok.
The woman resisted arrest and they are not sure yet what charges will be filed but the kittens were safe.
