He says it at the end of the video.

Well ... if it's on Fox News, then it must be true, right?

What, exactly, is happening here - Out magazine website

Quote:
Over the last few weeks there seems to have been a concerted effort to nod to a nameless, faceless group of queer and trans Donald Trump supporters. It came first with a report from Hornet that found that a few responders to an online poll they conducted said they would be voting for trump — the results have been labeled "clickbait, sloppy" journalism by experts. Then a pundit said there was a large contingent of gay staffers on Capitol Hill working for Republicans. Yesterday, the New York Times stepped into the fray with an op-ed by Bret Stephens that profiles a woman named Chris, who is a lesbian and plans to vote for Trump.

On social media, some people have taken it as a coming out but when the sentence structure is broken down, Trump is attempting to quote these supposed supporters. "I'm part of that community and we love the man. Thank you for protecting our neighborhood. Thank you for protecting our cities," are all things that he's claiming they are saying.

You can be gay and have a homophobic dad.

Just ask Mary Cheney.

I think he came out, there so many other options for a gimmick.

I also don't think Trump is homophobic,Pence is but not Trump.

I think Trump once said; "Mike (meaning Pence)would just assume see them dead, but me,no,I don't care who people sleep with" or something to that effect.

I don't think sexual preference is an issue to Trump.

How many different options can you think of for how this might be a gimmick? I can only think of one way.

Addressing the OP who asked if it was a gimmick,I said no, there so many other options if one were looking a gimmick.I don't say this was a gimmick,I said the opposite.

Oh, ok, I misunderstood and thought you were saying that it was for several reasons.

Strange, I've always seen the opposite in that community on Reddit and Twitter.

I was saying I think this coming out is real,if they wanted a gimmick,so many others to choose if that's what they were looking for.

I doubt Trump is homophobic, one would need morals in the first place to be against something.I don't think Trump has morals,he had an affair with a porn star who goes by the name Stormy Daniels. And then paid $70K to cover it up.

I doubt Trump is against any sexual activity.

If he is not gay and is playing the LBGQT card to gain "ally" votes.

That is not a strategy, not enough LBGTQ will vote republican in the first place for such a stunt to be effective.

The come outs real.

Eric Trump clarifies remarks on being ‘part of’ LGBT community
Quote:
President Trump’s son Eric affirmed he is not “part of” the LGBT community after appearing to come out in a televised interview Tuesday.

A friend of the Trump family told The Post that “he misspoke” when appearing to say he was “part of that community” hours before his father’s first debate with Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.

Trump later told The Post he was simply trying to paraphrase what LGBT supporters have said about his father. “To clarify, many of our close friends are part of the LGBT community, which was the intent of my statement — the left has taken that vote for granted for a long time and support from the gay community for my father is incredible,” Trump said.

“As to me personally, as I think you know, I am a happily married man to my wife, Lara,” said Trump, 36, who is married to Trump campaign adviser Lara Trump, with whom he has two children.
