Impressive although the Romanian monolith appears thicker and there's no word if there's rivets or bolts like the Utah one?

I think it's an undercover international spy effort. Utah is a great place to hide this type of technology bc

1- everyone will blame aliens

2- no one listens to UFO crazies

It moved to Romania recently to spy on Eastern Europe, but probably didn't get Russian intel, hence it disappeared again. I hope it is going to Norway, as I trust my government will be able to determine what it is looking for and the name of the organisation.

Whomever sent the first two is much too intelligent to send one to Asia (it will bring a virus back to the home planet or mother ship) or Africa ( with the multitude of wars and battles, there is nowhere to plant it that it will not be attacked).
Perhaps an Old Growth forest in Canada?
