I find it sad how they see any criticism on Trump an attack on them. Same as when their ideologies are criticized.

Good Lord I stop checking the news for 2 seconds and this happens

So can we stop lying to ourselves and saying that Trumpsters deserve respect?!
Can we stop saying that it's socialists and the left that want mob rule? THIS is your god damn mob!! THIS is the side taking a steaming pile on democracy and the rule of law!

How much worse could this have been? Would we have seen them prying democratic politicians into the street and ripping them limb from limb or nailing them to trees? Would Trump have stopped them? Would Republicans have stopped them? What would they have done to those 'treasonous' Republicans who would have tried to stop them?

This is what supporting trump led to. This is what making excuses has led to. This is what the Right crying "both sides!" has led to. This is what treating the left wing and right wing as equally bad has led to. No more excuses. No more false equivalencies. End this. Now.

And yes, this absolutely is inciting a riot. Will he rot in jail for it? Probably not!! Because this is where we are.

No deliberate provocation, no predictable response. That's really simple logic to follow.

As it was, though, we did have baiting and lots of smug, so now we have "told you so".
