Not just them, but a whole list of prominent Democrats, including the President. Only Democrats; Republicans are conspicuously absent. They can't even claim they've limited it to the current in the administration in power, because, well, Hilary is on the list, and she's effectively retired. And Hunter? He has no power over anything at all.

Hilary's response on Twitter: “I want to thank the Russian Academy for this Lifetime Achievement Award.”

At the moment, the only power Putin has is to blow up people and buildings in Ukraine, and to jail Russian protesters. Sanctioning individuals way over in America aint one of his powers.
