Poisoning kosher food, or Halal food, might be considered a 'hate crime' (against Jews, and Muslims, respectively).

And certainly, poisoning haggis (no one but a Scotsman would ever touch haggis) would be hate crime against Scots.

But oatmeal is not associated with any particular race, ethnicity, creed, religion, nor nationality. Or sexual orientation either.
