This isn't quite my neighborhood, but it's just up the road from me, the level of calm, cool, and competent on this cop is off the charts:

Shot was from a full block away with a non-magnified optic, one shot stop on what I believe was a moving target, not something you see from the cops every day. FYI there is a huge base near Tacoma, so a lot of the cops in the area have much more combat experience than is the norm, it's a really bad place to try to go on a shooting spree. The rifle is also built here, it's very familiar looking to me.
