So...what we always thought...is true. We humans can NOT see UV light.

But other critters can, like bees, and I think kitty cats can.

But this might , beg the question , whom can see Infrared too. ...
And fun to watch UV bounce off certain colours, even white . The Old hippie posters had alot of that ...
UV colour markers are. fun too.....So they do not show up unless , lights that contain some degree of UV in them .
Fun to play with.. My early attempts at security in my 1/2 acre yard , with the chain link posts all wth blocks of similiar sized UV areas of paint on them. Shown up on a security cam with IR illuminators. So if you were outside, you could not see these painted poles at night, unless through the security cam . So even if too dark beyond veiw of the cameras limits, you could still see that things that passed in front of the reflection on the poles still allowed you to detect movement. And where to focus your veiw ......fun with lights ..yahoo.. UV paints come in a variety of colours too.. :D

And "indigo" is not a real color. It's a hoax perpetrated for centuries by Isaac Newton. It's not even in pride flags.

Just wait until your baby leaves you! Then you'll meet that "Mood Indigo".
