He is accused of training Chinese pilots at an academy in SA.

Would this have happened if Australia weren't so Sinophobic as a nation?

I think it has more to do with the US twisting the arm of AUS to have him extradited.

Australia has every reason to be Sinophobic. So does the USA. So if its the Aussie themselves or US pressure, either way, its okay by me.

True. China is a threat to the US's sphere of influence: the Pacific.

Whereas China is a threat to the very existence of Australia itself.



North Korea has about the same land area as New York State. And has a populaton size of 26 million.

North Korea is a pipsqueak compared to its neighbor China.

Guess what other Pacific rim nation has a population that size?

Australia.

But Australia is almost as big as the whole USA minus Alaska. But has the same number of inhabitants as North Korea.

No wonder Australia scared of its east Asian neighbors.
