i agree with this article... it's quite long, but it does make my theory on why autism is here, it's the hardship on family breakups,dramatic events, etc...

Case histories have played a long-standing role in the history of science, medicine, and mental health. But they can mislead-especially when only half the story is told. Here's a case history about a case history that proves just that.

I didn't see anything about autism in there except Oliver Sacks was mentioned. But it lead me to learn about feral children thanks to one of the references. I never knew children have been actually raised by animals but them adapting to the human world that quick like in The Jungle Book and Tarzan, it it doesn't work like that in real life. But feral children is rare I read.
