Agreed. And they shouldn't be obligated to.

Yes they should. That attitude is naive at best.

Put it this way: if a business wants to allow smoking, that's fine, but if the majority of their potential customers don't want smoke in their establishment, the business won't make as much money, and they probably won't like that.

Yep, I figure it's not gonna fall on anyone but them. Just as long as something isn't illegal to do anywhere else it shouldn't be illegal in the work place. Business owners should have the right to be as professional or unprofessional as they want to be.

Only a grammar Nazi, thank you very muchly. Besides, do you see a cow lighting up straw or grass and shoving it in its nose? I mean besides when you under the influence of hallucinogens.

(I'm not saying you have taken any, I'm just saying, in real life, have you ever seen a cow do this?)

So THAT'S Godwin's Law.

Is it fair for me to assume, KristaMeth that you like Rick, as played by Rik Mayall, from The Young Ones?

Hey, I backed up KristaMeth until she invoked Godwin's Law. hehe, I still think a business owner can light his farts on fire in the lobby if that's what he wants to do.

I have no idea what The Young Ones is, but I do know that Rik Mayall played in Drop Dead Fred, and that movie rocked.
