Not that it makes it any better, but from my reading of an article on same subject, the toilets & keyboards were ones in contact with, used (touched) by multiple people-in an office, I suppose. I don't work, so the keyboard & toilet in my home have no one else's cooties on them except mine. Do wash my hands after toilet & also when I come in from being outdoors/in public somewhere-in case I got germs while away from home (agoraphobic & don't go out much)
Suggestion at end of article said to hold one's keyboard upside down & shake. That doen't work well enough for mine. Am too cheap to buy those cans of compressed air for the purpose. Does anyone have any good hints for how to clean one's keyboard ? There's all sorts of fluff, dust, hair, etc. trapped beneath the keys in the frame area (has clear underside, so I can see all the gunk in there). I can rub Q-tip over tops & edges of each individual key, but that doesn't get down to the real messy section beneath...
