Next year, there should be people dressed as m&ms sitting, or dancing on a Float, waving at the Spectators. They shouldn't try the Balloon, again. Maybe a few of the people in m&m costumes can hand out foil m&m Balloons to the Children, as well. Parades that big should be safe as well as fun.

They shouldn't let people stand beneath the lamp posts. I was watching when it happened, though it wasn't caught on camera.
