It seems to me that this kid could be the victim of someone who wants to harm him.

Yes, they want to "harm" him by forcing him to be accountable for his own actions. What person hasn't faced this kind of conspiracy?

Well he didn't ask for the photo and didn't send it out so he is a victim of circumstance. Anyways what's up with the harsh sentencing for the girl I think the worst they did was indecent exposure unless the pictures we sexual.

Where does it mention anything about Asperger's. I'm sorry I reject being a victim just for the sake of it. I am interested in real injustices.

Anyway, what a crock of s**t. I have never heard anything so ridiculous in my life. Any judge worth his salt would throw this out based on what we have heard. Were the kids abused, if so they should gather than evidence? Of course they need advice, not be patronised, or beaten over the head with laws that obviously make no sense.

Slowmutant I would be concerned with your comprehension skills. I would avoid jumping to conclusions about things, in the future, without getting the full meaning of what is being said first.

what strikes me here is that the teacher confiscated the mobile and then checked the messages?

Yeah, how does the teacher have any right to do that?

This is insane. Technically these girls are not children, so how can it be child pornography?? it's photographs of themselves! and they texted it to these boys. Where is the proof that they asked for these messages??? and even if they did,
Quote:
Police said the girls are being charged with manufacturing, disseminating or possessing child pornography while the boys face charges that include sexual abuse of a child.

How in the hell did they sexually abuse a child???

First of all, in America, a person is a child until they reach the age of 18. The girls were 14 and 15. This makes them children, which in turn makes nude photos of them child pornography. And since they manufactured, disseminated, and possessed child pornography, that's what they're being charged with.

As for the boys ... "everyone knows" that when underaged girls are involved in the manufacture, dissemination, and/or possession of child pornography, a man must somehow be at fault, even if the child pornography was sent to him without is request. Thus the charges against the boys.

If you are implying that he is accountable for an action by having illegal files on a computerized telecommunications device, and you use Windows, judge yourself as you judge, because everyone who uses Windows online especially with IE has illegal files they never saw and don't even know about and cannot delete and which can be used against you if your computer is confiscated. Most devices with memory never erase unwanted data, almost like how brains don't erase unwanted memories.

I assume that you are probably saying something that makes just a little more sense like that the only good way out of this evil world is to be crucified by it.

I just remembered an incident where kids on drugs tried to frame me by giving me their own photos of a dirty drug party they had with drugs they stole from the pharmacy (which had a photo service). The manager woman was out of her mind and tried to blame me for having dirty pictures of her employees partying with drugs stolen from her store, but I filed a federal sexual harassment claim AND called (the cell phone of) her manager on vacation where it was the middle of the night, and reported this information. Shortly thereafter, the pharmacist (whom I believe was permissive of the kids stealing drugs from right under his nose) died of a heart attack and it was in the newspaper. I had seen kids stealing drugs before and told him and that's probably why they switched my photos.

That was such a dopey incident it's hard to imagine me getting in trouble for it except that the manager threatened me with such trouble. Otherwise I wouldn't have gone to higher powers.

But since no one forced me to sign anything and not to say this,
I sincerely condemn CVS stores
for their depraved indifferent attempt to pin their own sex and drug crimes on me.

Why these kids give you those photos in the 1st place if you had nothing to do with the dirty drug party?
