I am afraid of people and crowds, dangerous substance such as chemicals, loud noisy places, and being wet because I just can not stand the feeling of wet clothes.

I have a phobia of wrists.

Every single insect except ants.
Any vehicle.
Heights.
Darkness.
Having no contact to the outside world in the middle of nowhere.
People.
Fire/Extreme Heat.
And many other things that I can not think of at this moment.

Let's see:

Claustrophobia - fear of enclosed spaces
Entomophobia - fear of bugs
Acrophobia - fear of heights
Myrmecophobia - fear of ants
Astrophobia - fear of space
Thalassophobia - fear of oceans
Aquaphobia - fear of drowning
Sedatephobia - fear of silence
Nyctophobia - fear of darkness
Ligyrophobia - fear of loud noises
Tachophobia - fear of speed

I get jumpy when there are insect around.
I also get freaked out when its so dark you can't see and when there is no sound.
I hate clown and any thing related to them.
I fear the unreal in the real world (such as zombie clowns).
I am also scared of cars because I am scared of killing some one else in an accident.

Misophobia or Mysophobia- Fear of being contaminated with dirt or germs
Omphalophobia- Fear of belly buttons
Phasmophobia- Fear of ghosts
Spermatophobia or Spermophobia- Fear of germs
Aichmophobia is the fear of sharp objects

Usually most of these are irrelevant anyway.

dentist and spiders make me go pepe in my pants. I cant stand the dentist with out a geniral anisthetic, and im scared of growing up, i really dont want to be a big boy.

Apotemnophobia- fear of amputated persons. Weird, I know. Its just the imb, or lack of limb, that scares me.
Hedenophobia, fear of feeling pleasure. (So I don't taste very well, because good taste is pleasing.)
Phobias of authority, law enforcement, government, and God

Snakes and other reptiles. I saw this big 'ol snake in the petstore and started shaking and crying.

fear of falling is my biggest fear, however i want to go skydiving and bungee jumping

The closest thing I have to a phobia are insects; I just don't want them to touch me. But I had a really bad fear of roller coasters that went up side down, still do, to a degree.

extreme fear of flying and very bad fear of the dark.

The dark (working on it, I am not as scared of it as I used to be).
Seaweed.
Spiders, insects, crabs, (you get the idea) especially large or unusual ones.
Deep water (my imagination assaults my rationality with sea monsters to startling effectiveness).
My French teacher.
Most of all... RUBBISHY THINGS!! !
stuff like receipts, bits of paper (especially wet ones), tickets, dirty dishes, yoghurt pot lids, small plastic bags, the list goes on...
Even worse if they are wet. Seeing people lick the yoghurt pot lids makes me want to sick up and I shudder uncontrollably.

Academic failure, social surroundings that are even remotely similar to those of my old school, becoming physically handicapped, experiencing a relapse with my mental health...

The fundamental fear that lies behind all of them, however, is the thought of finding myself in a situation where I lack control of my mind, my body, or the course of my life.

Oh, I'm also terrified of dogs. It's as if nature took the worst characteristics of NTs, and then equipped the resulting creature with fur, four legs, unnerving teeth, and an inability to comprehend language.
