Couldn't bring myself to go to the store for my mother due to anxiety. I feel inadequate cause the store is a simple walk from our house to the store. COVID has caused my anxiety to relapse back to 2018 before I started going places and doing things... :(

?. I'm overwhelmed and very hot right now. Kids are also being very loud outside and have scared Malo a few times by screaming.

Dunno, 7? I'm not in any pain right now, but I'm a little tired since I didn't sleep well, plus I need to go grocery shopping today. Aside from that, all's good... kinda. I don't know, something feels a little off right now.
