If you're near an Urgent Care sort of place, I might go and visit one.

Have you got insurance?

If possible, check your pulse and your pulse-oxygen (the finger thing).
If you're hypotensive you could try drinking more water and having some salt.
You might be dehydrated especially with the nausea.

Do you have a temperature?

Feel better soon.

Not the first time. Nothing they can treat. Yes, I have insurance.

Bloodwork from yesterday for something unrelated came back fine. Salts and electrolytes are normal, so are all metabolism and kidney/liver values.

I'm not room temperature. Yet.

Thanks. It's worse in the evening, on and off during the night, and pretty bad in the morning.

Untreated anxiety sucks.

I wish you could do something….like a special interest….that could serve to defer the sickness off to the side.

Sorry you’re feeling this way.

I can't focus on anything when I'm having an anxiety attack. I try doing things only to drop them a few moments later due to unexpected emotional responses. If anything, it only creates a negative association with a favorite activity.

Thanks for the words though.

Does watching TV help? Watch some "escapist" sort of show.

When I get anxiety, watching something like a western tends to make me "forget" why I'm anxious for a little while.

I don't own a TV. I watch YouTube on and off. Last night I had a trigger on YouTube, a melody that I heard.

YouTube used to be my go-to activity until recently. Now it's become difficult.

I guess, because I'm an older person, I like watching old episodes of "Shindig," or "American Bandstand."

It comes in waves. First there's tightness in the chest, then comes the nausea.

You should see someone if it’s getting that bad.You can also call 988 if the thoughts are becoming more than you can handle.Don’t go through it alone.
