-5 Feel pretty anxious and stressed. Just had 3 cans of Guinness to night. Had 8 cans last night and ended up throwing up all over my bathroom floor. :(

Yes it is. :) I don't have any friends so this is my only contact with other people apart from my dad and younger sister.

I just fell flat on my back like a cartoon character fainting. Hit the back of my head on hardwood and messed up one wrist.

I’ll be fine thanks. It was just weird falling backward flat as a board. Usually I fall forward if anything.

My wrist is OK if I don’t bend it much. I put ice on my head. I bet my back will be sore tomorrow.

Don't feel too bad atm. I usually feel ok when I wake up and then deteriorate through the day and evening.

EDIT: it's happening again today: severe abdominal tension, now at -5 feel like having a good cry.
