I know the difference between my body feeling raw as if it's inappropriate for me to ever work out, from the feeling of my skin not feeling right because humidity and heat.

I'm experiencing both.

Doesn't help my stomach is feeling acidic at the same time.
Also doesn't help that all of these irritations is making my nose irritated enough to clog itself as usual.


Looking back, it's how I experienced "normally" as a teenager... And among many other things.
Especially during the years when I basically stop going out of the room. Never complaining about it.

To a point that once I'd meltdown over losing an internet connection with an online game for an obsession -- nevermind whatever my body was feeling at the time, I got no excuses.

... 'I got no excuses'. I'm still using that phrase in my head.
