Ok, so it's not the most mature sentiment, but sometimes feelings are feelings. I get tired of this attitude that you should be wired like them.

I'm spiteful towards people who lump people into a catagory such as this. :P

I'm spiteful towards people who are intolerant of differences and don't accept their aspies for who they are

And I am so spiteful for when people post topics in the wrong board.

Sorry about posting in the wrong board that was a mistake.

Do you mean me stereotyping "normal" people as NT's?

I tell few people that I have asperger's. I feel guilty if I tell people, like I'm trying to use as a crutch. Mabye I've never really accepted myself as an aspie.

In answer to the question, no, I have equal opportunity spite.

But I think that there is often a phase of grumbling about NTs.. I went through it when I first started to explore the possibility I had AS... it passed though, I think after I began to see them as different, not bad... I know that sounds weird and I am the one who is supposed to be different, but I view them as different. To me. And I am the centre of my existence, as I am me. It is easier to forgive those who are behaving in accord to their neurology than to think they are doing stuff because they are bad.

I didn't mean that they were bad. But sometimes it feels like they have less empathy.

I have told a few, but I have also learned there is nothing to be gained for myself or for anyone else by telling everybody! My self-diagnosed AS/HFA is an explanation of certain things for people who might be curious and/or even caring, but it is not a badge to highlight and wear on my chest.

So you don't think there should be Aspie pride like Gay pride? Or it should just take different forms?

I see no need for pride at all, and I think Zen Mistress said this well:

If anything, we should humbly offer some kind of "treatment program" or whatever for at least some of the NTs I happen to know!

I have my moments, such as when I am rejected or bullied.Right now, Im not in too bad of a situation.I am in college and not bullied by anyone.I have one friend, an immigrant from El Salvador and I have a part time job where I do not have to worry about the "its not working out" line anymore since I made it past my six months probation and my job is unionized. It seems aspies are better off getting union jobs during a recession, that way it is a bit harder for employers to fire us for our traits.

I feel spiteful towards them because they have easier times with girls.

I feel spitefull towards them, because they think that it's bad to have obsessions and talk about them.

Uh I wouldn't want to listen to someone talking about the same thing over and over I find boring or when I get tired of it.

No, I hate the word NT. What about ret*d people, schizos, Bipolars, people with personality disorders, people with learning disorders, etc?

When I act up, which is rare, I get tired of them asking "Why can't you act like everyone else?"

I feel spiteful towards people that expect me to conform.
that spend all their time gossiping and tearing others down(with insults).
