I have only been on this site in dribs and drabs of late, so I'm glad you're feeling better.

Something I've discovered which might help you is to help a total stranger. Now there are those who say to help someone and feeling good about it is wrong and I've developed a massive guilt complex over it. That's wrong. If you can do something then do it. The biggest things start with the smallest changes.

I'm not sure if this will make much sense but its helped me.

Else wise, you can always do my favourite thing and fly a kite

Thanks, I have trying to make little changes Myself. It does make very good sense too.

It been kinda to windy here in South Dakota sorry to say to fly a kite lately. For that is one things I do like doing.
