Oh dear, I am very sorry that you are feeling unhappy samtoo. ^^ Perhaps you may consider what you do have within your life. I certainly believe that this is very difficult when cursed, however perhaps you may begin thinking of this upon a small scale.

^^ That is, consider how life may be if you first did not possess your bed, or your house or your guitar or your family or your sight, hearing etc.. Perhaps thinking of this may allow you to feel upset about not possessing these items. Perhaps then when you remember that you do happily possess many important matters within your life this shall allow you to feel happy again. ^^
