Yellow Banana, just by being here and reporting back on your progress, has undoubtedly given hope to others. You've come through so many difficult times and have survived. There's always someone (your family, friends) who loves you and would miss you, even if things didn't work out with your husband.
Now is the time to do something for yourself. You can also use your experiences to bring hope to others who may be battling with the chemical imbalance gremlin that is depression. Ten years ago I almost lost my best friend to suicide, and it caused a major meltdown and months of PTS. Fortunately he is still around and has learned to handle the issues that caused it. So I am able to see this from a perspective of experience. Had it happened, I could never have forgiven myself or had any peace.
So even on days when you feel absolutely nothing,no emotion, just remember that by merely being a survivor you motivate others. Maybe someday you will be able to share the experiences of how you felt. I am sure I speak for the other participants on this thread when I say how glad we are that you are still with us. Even if just one person has been touched with a little happiness either in person or online because of you, you have achieved something already!
Please continue to look in here and let us know how you're doing. Do just something every day that makes you feel better, even if you don't feel much like it. Try art, learning a new language, whatever you like.
