my parents don't like the idea that i go to bed really late, i tell them that i can't sleep at night.

but the reason is that there are sooo many things that go through my head that i can't shut it off and go to sleep. why? because i tread working with my support workers and i dont like being with them during the week, so i try and stay up as late as possible so i don't have to think about working with them.

Get new support workers. Simple.

Too many thoughts in the day, too much to do, not to mention my brain does not shut up! Usually I will eat something I am allergic to in hopes that it will knock me out. Unfortunately, it will more likely mess up my sleep cycle. I did read something once though that people with ASD do not produce enough melatonin at night and were more likely to produce it during the day.

I can't sleep at night for 2 reasons, I don't like sleeping alone and my brain won't stop thinking. I can fall asleep due to purposely drinking copious amounts of alcohol but after a few hours, I wake up for a second and my brain starts thinking and then I can't get back to sleep.
If a man is sleeping next to me though, I have less anxiety and I can think of less things if I wake up and I just go back to sleep.

If a man is sleeping next to me, I can't sleep because of all the snoring and blanket-stealing.

Sorry for being facetious. I hate when I can't get my thoughts settled down at night.
