Having physical symptoms
I think it's due to stress. I've never suffered with my skin but lately I keep getting spots come up in random places on my face, last week I had about three big spots that were very sore. They have gone now but have left three big blemishes. I keep getting spots under my skin on my face, like near my ears, but I've tried literally everything for those and I still can't get rid of them. They're no big deal but they do itch from time to time and feel uncomfortable to touch.
Also I keep getting coldsores at the sides of my mouth, they keep coming and going and also leaving blemishes, some people ask if I have got lipstick on my face but I say that it's just from coldsores.
And I keep getting a stiff neck too, I've had it for a few days and I thought I was coming down with a cold but I would have got one by now so I've been wondering if it's too much stress weighing me down.
And lastly I keep getting a burning sensation of tiredness behind my ears, making me want to just sleep all the time, and nothing seems to help with my energy, I can drink caffiene and still be tired. I've been having a good night's sleep for the last few nights and waking up properly in the mornings, which is good, but I keep getting slight headaches and extreme tiredness, and this is not normally like me.
Could this all be related to stress? Or could the last 2 be due to some sort of a virus I might have or be fighting off?

I would suggest planning a visit to a doctor if you haven't already. Personally, this combination of symptoms doesn't sound familiar to me.
Just red things with white head, or just boils. They sometimes tend to scab over.

Is it possible this is an allergic reaction? As an experiment, you might try taking an antihistamine and seeing if that relieves some of the symptoms.
Apparently I have been mildly allergic to peanuts all my life but the symptoms only became serious a few years ago. Now if I eat things that have been co-habitating with peanuts I often break out in hives. A single antihistamine tablet will usually make them go away after some time.
What you describe sounds a good deal more complicated than what I have experienced and it could be related to stress. Whether or not the antihistamines do anything for you, it might be useful to keep a fairly detailed diary of what you are doing, eating, where you are, who is nearby etc. this might help you to isolate exactly what factors might be causing this problem. (Where you are and who is near by may help determine if a plant or perfume might be causing a reaction)
Hope this helps.
