So till a year back everything was going smoothly
I had a good job, with a good daycare centre for my son where lunch would be provided to him, a good
friend to converse occasionally with and some helpful colleagues at work.

So one by one everything started going away.
First my friend left the colony and shifted to a new place
Now the day care centre where i keep my son shuts down
i cant find a other day care centre........
The helpful colleagues at work left

I am getting flashbacks from childhood
i cant cope up with things now everything is going for a toss

I have seen a general pattern in life that you build up good situations and then they breakdown from natural causes. It is never fun to have to rebuild and over time it can become even more frustrating, having to rebuild the same thing over and over. But I don't think there is much that one can do to prevent it. Its just part of the natural cycles of life.

In the military it occurs regularly, like every 2-4 years, with each change of station. Military folks tend to handle it by just setting up things as quick as possible and not being very picky about it. For example: You meet someone even vaguely agreeable to you, with kids similiar age to yours (to provide kids with playmates)... OK, that will do as a friends. Check. I don't know if you will find anything useful in this, but it is an approach option.

its quite overwhleming for me since i am sensitive and socially handicapped
when things come crushing down i dont know how to handle it.
