-1, Ok I guess....hate waking up with that feeling of 'oh crap another day.' I get a nice good morning from my depression like every morning, which sucks.

1 because I can't even leave the house to enjoy a fun activity with my family due to anxiety. and at this point I don't know how on earth I am going to be able to live independently when I can't leave the house just to have fun.

two. i look like the victim of fetal alcohol syndrome and i have the worst genes, but maybe i'll get to see some recently graduated acquaintances tomorrow.

-2, like I should probably go to sleep since its 2:30 in the morning and I am going to hang out with someone tomorrow. Also feeling kind of pathetic because I was thinking about a recent bad panic attack/flashback thing I had due to a thread I looked at in a PTSD forum. If your really want to feel like garbage PTSD is great because every so often your brain convinces you you're in grave danger and you react that way so you just mind end up crawling on the floor to get to your anxiety meds because you're shaking too much and your legs just give out....or other embarrassing things like hearing a loud noise and trying to 'take cover'. Its wonderful for self confidence :roll:

alright well that was rather sarcastic, off to bed now.
