-8. I've been in severe back pain for one week, which isn't responding to medications, heat, or ice treatments. On top of that, my usually quiet neighbor is playing loud music, right against my bedroom wall, when all I want to do is lie down and rest. I feel so powerless!

Virtual hugs won't hurt your back, right?
Maybe you should get your back checked out if it continues?
I would call her and ask her nicely to turn it down (say you have constant migranes if you have to)

Thanks for the painless hug! My neighbor is a guy, and I always feel really nervous confronting males about their loud music.

About my back. I was considering having an MRI done, because it feels like a herniated disc. I have had this happen before. BTW, what sort of rash do you have?

Probably a Zero.

My Dad just died a week ago and I am trying hard to not overcompensate in dealing with the emotions I feel over his death. And at the same time I am trying very hard to not fall in a deep depression either. As long as I can maintain a balance - I'm happy.
