I usually don't get this lonely until later in the day. I hope it doesn't get worse. I could be in for a bad day.

0 or less I'm depressed and worried that I've ruined a lot of my chances in life, I keep missing social cues at work and it makes me so mad at myself that I bite my lip or scratch my arm it sucks :evil: :evil: :evil: :cry:

I'm at -5 or lower. I wish I were dead most of the time. I feel lonely, and my gender identity problems (wishing I were female) are getting bad. My anxiety levels are really high now, making it hard for me to get chores done at home and do my work at work.

^ Hugs..just don't kill yourself. Looks like you've just joined maybe this site will help in some ways. Some of us have helped eachother in the haven through bad stuff.

6 It's extremely nice out..I feel a little more balanced than usual yet I feel like I waste time with stuff b/c of some OCing over some stuff.
