Grandmother in bad health

My parents, as of this post, called me some time ago from a relative's retirement party. On the way there, they called to check in on me and told that they visited my grandma. She has been in a nursing home for the last several years or thereabouts, and the latest dispatch did not bring good news as far as her health was concerned. I didn't ask for details. but I put two and two together and it looks as though her earthly demise may be soon in coming.

Since I started this thread, my grandma's condition has worsened and it looks as though her days are indeed numbered.

Sorry to hear that, I lost my grandmother a few years ago. I was real close to her and I miss her every day.
