Feeling really down
I know I don't post on the forums much, but I'm feeling really down atm, and could do with some positive encouragement.
I just feel inadequete compared to others, I feel like people just put up with me, and I have nobody that shares the same interests as me (except on internet forums).
Hmm, life is just sucking majorly at the moment, and the Depression doesn't help, even with meds.

Perhaps there is a great life out there for you just waiting around the corner, waiting for you to find it.
I believe that many people out there in a lot of ways are inadequate compared to many on the spectrum. So don't let that become a measure of your worth.
Why not try to find some hobby you could really enjoy getting involved with. Maybe that could become a vehicle to get you around that corner and find that life there waiting for you.
Never, never,never lose hope
I feel inadequate on a pretty consistent basis too, I think depression can play a significant role in creating and intensifying those feelings. But people have very different criteria for being ?good enough?, I?m sure you have many life experiences and characteristics that other people wish they had. And the main goal of life anyway isn?t to be ?good enough? in other people?s eyes.
Hope you feel better soon!
A hug to you!

if are lacking motivation and not doing much, try as hard as possible to aim to get out for a walk or drive somewhere, or go see a new film,go bike riding,go swimming etc,the more times can get out from sitting and stewing in own thoughts the better will feel,if anything it will help to temperarily mask the mental pain from lacking so much motivation and negative feelings have got.
everyone is different,so there are skils and qualities will have that other people dont have, unless are into football, fashion, getting drunk etc and other popular activities;will find it hard to find anyone to relate to in the 'real world' ,if are interested in having IRL friends/socialising then perhaps look online for local forums and get a friend that way.
