The biggest problem with having a sensory meltdown in the morning is that you still HAVE to function and get stuff done. You cannot spend the entire rest of the day under your weighted blanket with a purring cat.

I understand the feeling. :( Mine tend to happen at work...and I can't just leave (I cashier at Walmart - part-time, thankfully).
