I've been thrown out of the temporary room I had , after tonight ~ Briefly , just my digestive/eliminitive problems had much to do with it ~ more later , but remember that " screaming harridan " I referenced before ? There was someone else .
My worker want me to go for another TB test now , so I can show a new one if I have to to get into a shelter , so I'll go now ~ I wanted to read here so much , after last night's events , but ...........
My lost card's replacement STILL HAS NOT COME .
I still have only those used-up clogs as shoes - I'll have to beg tonight , just to get some immediate soap/soda/newspapers cash for immediately .

...My money has still not come in , remember ~ I have not re-minutes-d my phone (that is if it's even recargeable anymore -- Is it ?? A week-plus after the " regular " date , when it became due ? Would the phone co. have considered it to be broken and gone now ? Phone card purchases are not redeemable ) , and my supply of clean underwear has dwindled down to naught .

I don't know about too-morrow , and I have , as I said , an undersupply of clean clothes while kind of too much to carry , but no working 'puter/phone - or even radio .

Try the Red Cross, or the Salvation Army for shelter help, if the State Assistance Office can't help you. I had to stay at a Salvation Army shelter for a month once.

Hope your situation improves a lot, and quickly!

...I am completely out , and the card to access my money has STILL ! not come in .
It is a week now , since the card being eaten by an ATM happened , on which day I went , as I believe I said , to Social Security and they said a new card would be sent to me at General Delivery ~ And it hasn't .
I have over FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY ! dollars available , it's just the lack of a card stopping me from accessing it !
I could certainly get at least some clothes , some shoes , another belt (Mine is getting old .) , renew the phone with that ~ But I don't have it .
As far as the phone goes , anything else aside ~ I think that it would help " to be in touch " , I am trying to arrange possibly getting a ride to that testing/orientation/counseling session at CCSF about one week from to-day , which could be my last chance to get registered for the early 2017 semester , saying " I have no phone " doesn't help that .
It is now a holiday weekend , and I won't have contact with my agency/worker until Monday at the least ~ I think a problem may have been that , when I went to SS last week , the person I spoke to insisted on giving a Zip Code for the GDPO that I believe was the wrong one , but he insisted .
I could end up going to jail ~ That has occurred to me before , but especially now ~ (This is a long story that I won't digress at length to outline I wrote about it some here when it was current .) Backduring 2013/2014 San Francisco put out warrants against me based on camping/whatever tickets going as far back as 2008 , it was sort of " resolved " at the time ~ except that it WASN'T - So , if they revived 2008 stuff in 2013 , 2013/14 stuff isn't that old now !

You can't go into the bank where your account is and withdraw money over the counter, rather than using the ATM? They usually let you write a counter check and cash it there.

...The " legal issues " I wrote about include something relating to that interest in some mineral royalties my father left to me , which I haven't received any money from , and which there is some bankruptcy case involving its present owner ~ I keep getting these papers regarding it , but I lose 'em , or didn't , with my sleeping pattern , etc. problems at the former place , get to a law clinic I know of (Which I used to go to back in my older days in San Francisco , but have not gone to since I came back in '15 .) to see if I could find out what it is ~ There is other stuff I need legal advice on .
And , actually , the bit of wet spit I coughed up now reminds me how I need to rest (in-between getting treatment) and getting better !

Mineral rights and community college should not be a priority for you at this time.

When you speak with your worker, tell him/her that you need a group home-type living situation and access to incontinence products on a daily basis. That's why they kicked you out of the SRO, right--the dirty sheets/bed/bathroom issues?

Your money and a place to live are your 2 priorities at this time.

...Group homes (And I question whether any that otherwise fit me and follow the bathroom problems situation we're speaking of as well .) are not instantly-get-intoable .
Am I supposed to forget those things FOREVER , or " until everything is perfect " ? I probably didn't give them enough attention already ! The CCSF POSSIBILITY has to set up now , or it will take months till I can try again .

I know a group home can't be immediately gotten into. But what progress is being made right now? None. So get on a waiting list.

I'm sorry, but while you have no place to live I just can't see you being able to get yourself to class with a clean body and clothing, pay enough attention to the course material in order to make a decent grade, and that doesn't even address your chronic health issues that keep cropping up. So no, things don't have to be "perfect" but I don't understand how you can expect to attend college when you have no place to sleep at night and no way to keep your clothing minimally clean (meaning without fecal matter on your body or clothing).

I just read your update on the things you had stolen and another obstacle to you going to college is the fact that you are asking for intensive help just to get things like a financial aid application in.

College students these days are expected to be able to navigate the application/registration process by themselves. If you have a disability that needs accommodation (like a helper) you should be telling the office at the college that deals with disabilities and access and they need to provide that help to you.

I'm sure this will start you screaming at me in response but I'm just telling you bluntly what the expectations of a college student are.
