Just to be clear, I'm not a professional support worker. I made this topic because there are alot of things people want to talk about and I just couldn't find the right replies to all of the threads.

So, I figure, I would just put this out there and if anyone wants a friend or a non-judgemental opinion about something, feel free to PM me or we can have a chat in here.

I'm trying to stay positive
And cheerful and happy
But underneath
There's this deep worry
That my head
Is going to self destruct.
I can't see inside my skull
I don't know what's happening
Maybe it's growing out of control
And soon I will become unconscious.

I wish I were a support worker. I'm just an Aspie schmuck who likes to give advice sometimes.

Are you putting on a 'positive face' so that others don't see your pain inside? Maybe in your alone time you can find a way to let your 'true self' out and just relax. Let your worries out and not have to put on a facade for people. Talking about it can help, so more information on what you're going through would be good for anyone reading who'd like to help.
