Oh cool I just found another cemetery. Near Tulalip bay. There's little old cemeteries all over the place in the surrounding areas where I live and I find them interesting.

Historic cemeteries are one of my things. I've even done some research on them.

I've seen Turkey vultures soaring around in Bakersfield, California. I think they are pretty cool looking. From the neck down at least. I don't spot things like eagles as much as others seem to. Although I was standing on an abandoned railroad trestle last summer when a huge bald eagle glided right past me and landed in a nearby tree.

Findagrave.com is a crowdsourced site like Wikipedia, so if you take pictures of your local cemeteries you can add them to the site and expand their database.

In my local area, a neighboring town(Mt. Clemens MI) does a cemetery walk every year with actors playing important people to the history of the area who explain what they did of importance. I have been meaning to attend a cemetery walk one year.

Well I'm at the cemetery on the Tulalip reservation. Every grave site has lots of stuff decorating it. Lots of caved wooden eagles and other stuff. Lots of lawn ornaments.
