Someone was saying they saw two huge golden eagles perched on old pier stumps in Tulalip bay at sunrise the other day.

Sounds like a beautiful sight! Tops my viewing of a turkey vulture, sitting on a hydro tower, wings spread basking in the morning sun. Turkey vultures are quite ugly.

I believe they prefer to just be called vultures at this time of year.

Good point! Much safer for them.

^ It all seems a little messy and disorganised tbh

I love the totem though , I tried to make one once but it just became another unfinished project.

It's not like any other cemetery I've ever seen. Not what one would picture when it comes to an Indian burial ground. most of the grave sites are full of lawn ornaments. I thought to myself, everything except pink flamingos. And then of course...

Ah! I didn't make the connection that it was an Indian burial ground , that makes sense now , it's a culture difference.

^ Way cool pictures. You should definitely add them to findagrave.com.

Those laser-engraved stones are all the rage now, but they're awfully tacky to me. This is more my style:

It's very cheerful. I think they must have a different outlook on death.
