You have my positive energy. I don't know how to express it but hopefully it helps that I understand a variation of what you are experiencing.

I've been experiencing emotional buildups for months and have no help. The best thing is to save ourselves, we cannot wait for help because it might never come. We have to find a way to help ourselves if we want to survive.

I believe Isabella is holding on - still barely, though. I don't have any special information to that effect, it just seems to me she is probably doing what she needs to do. I have a choice whether to be an optimist or a pessimist. Being an optimist feels a whole lot better.
