You could consider studying by correspondence if you like. Check them out online.

What do you want to study?

Maybe you could do all your study online if social anxiety is an issue.

Two examples: Both resulting in Bachelor degrees
* Recent - Neighbor disclosed her ASD and has accommodations (e.g. light schedule). I fully expect her to graduate well --- this sounds like a relatively enjoyable experience.
* Past - I did not know about my ASD, so did the drop out, postponing assignments and tests, depression, suicidal thing --- at least I got counseling (prescribed lithium), I cried a lot begging professors for delays …. I finished my degree (BSEE) one month after graduation --- this was not enjoyable, but was doable.

Maybe you could do the first or find a nicer balance.

If you need to attend lectures, just sit in the back. Nobody will notice you.

Examinations, same thing.

What do you want to study?

You can try it out for free at edX and see how it goes. Then look into campus options if things go well.

Just study the material you receive in class and through research. Don’t study the people. Hanging out with classmates is not required to fulfill course requirements.

Go to Uni close to home, so you can either live at home or travel home for decompression. Arrange for accommodations pertaining to your mental health / depression / ASD so that you can have extensions as needed. You can also be approved for private and more comfortable settings when you sit your exams. Begin with a part-time course load (given your disability this might be funded as a full-time course load for any student loans). Also, ask for an advisor or mentor from your faculty.

Good luck! It can be done!
