I'm taking this opportunity to create a thread where those of our members who may have Coronavirus can find support and understanding. Let them know they are not alone and that we stand in solidarity with them. I heard just a short while ago that one of our members based in the Pacific Northwest has been diagnosed positive.

Thank you.

I’m still undiagnosed...but I feel there’s a chance that I have it.

I’m running a slight fever, feel a little weak, feel slight stomach upset when I eat. I’m not coughing much, though.

Kind like me. Take some vitamin C every day to prevent an inflammation and rest a bit more. Buttermilk could be helpful against the stomach problems if they sell it where you are. Hope you are well soon.

((hugs)) to our unnamed member: whoever you are I hope you make a full recovery

@kraftie: I’ve found eating one clove of raw garlic at intervals through the day helps, and warm milk with honey stirred into it as well (although you probably already know these): hope this is just the normal flu, take care of yourself.

To those with an official diagnosis:

What symptoms have you experienced?

How does it compare with other sicknesses you've had?

Hugs and good thoughts for all who were diagnosed or suspect they have it, please take good care of yourself.

Given the situation, use natural remedies to ease the symptoms: teas (thyme tea is particularly good for coughing and chamomile helps), honey, gargling with salt water, lemon, ginger or garlic are also good.

If any European members struggle with shortages and need something, please send me a PM, I'm decently stocked up and all kind of things are still available here so if possible, I would be happy to send you what you need.

I hope all will make a quick recovery
