What discussion am I preventing from happening? The one we're currently having?

Discussion of the subject matter. "You are free to leave" is not a discussion.

So, do you agree to WP and The Haven rules and the fact that discussoins are moderated or not?

Your comments are acknowledged as irrelevant.  While you have the right to discuss your grievances, posting them anywhere on this website is a privilege that can be revoked at any time.
No. Replies like "If I throw you a fish will you leave?" is not what I consider acknowledging of points made and reasoning of irrelevance of my points. This is dismissive, insulting and toxic behavior. What you are doing is the same. Address my points or leave me alone, please.
I have acknowledge your points.  They are simple not relevant.  Thus, they are easily dismissed.

If you feel I have insulted you, please report me to the moderators.

I insist.

We have acknowledged your points.
We decide the rules and guidelines remain despite your opinions on them.

I follow these rules, but I question ethical and moral value of "The Haven" rules. Current rules and their implementation prevent true informed decisions. And I question quality of some of your decisions in implementing forum rules.

The ones not in your favor?

Well, if you accept the rules, then stay within them.

Who WE? Do you speak for all people here? It is not up to you to decide.

Proclaiming intent and actually acknowledging someones point of view in discussion are very different things. You didn't acknowledge or address any of my points in your responses. What you are doing is insulting and dismissive.

I speak on behalf of the mod team who discuss the rules and their implementation all the time.

If you have specific points that you think remain unanswered, repeat them.

I disagree with your decisions that I believe are not in the best interests of this community and I question quality of your moderation when you use your position as a tool to enforce your personal beliefs instead of implementing spirit of the rules.

No, your participation in this thread is your personal attack against me. Nothing more. Telling me to leave you do not speak on anyones behalf here.

Can you read points made in this topic earlier? Why would I repeat myself?

The collective integrity of the moderators would be undermined by any instance wherein a single moderator rendered a decision based solely on the irrelevant opinions of one member.

Provide reasoning why you think my points on the subject matter are wrong or leave me alone, please.

I never said your points were wrong, just irrelevant.

Your replies to me are irrelevant to the subject matter of my points. Leave me alone.

You're accusing me of abusing my position again. Because of this accusation, I asked other moderators for reviewing my decisions, because I do acknowledge I might have blind spots.
You know the result.

If you have specific points that you think remain unanswered, repeat them because I believe all your points have been answered (not necessarily by me but these answers are valid).
