I stayed in bed until 2:15 PM, I went to the bathroom at 10:40, I went back to bed. I’m in my living room watching TV, it feels like I have a dark cloud over my head, I’m sooooooo sad. I feel like I have no one. Tomorrow is the anniversary of my mom death, she died 9 years ago, part of me died too. My life was sooooo much better before she died. I been crying alot like I just lost her.

Yeah, like klanka said, sorry to hear that with your mother and how bad you're feeling. It's not easy.

I've found that when I'm in a bad place to try and at least do something, a task, no matter how small, daily, helps. Trying to look after yourself too, as I know self-care drops during such.

It is OK to feel like that. It is normal to feel sad about a loved one's death, even years later. It means you are human. You'll never get over it. You will always have good days and bad days. Trust me, I've been there.
I lost my darling mum just last year and I sometimes want to take to my bed and shut the world away. It sometimes helps.

*Many hugs*

Yep, Joe90 is absolutely right about that.

There is nothing wrong with shutting out the world sometimes, Just try to keep breathing and hope that this feeling will not last forever.
