I feel soooo overwhelmed, I’m not responsible enough, being sooo responsible is too much pressure, I’m not good under pressure anymore, if I’m under pressure, I will break, if I do stuff I can’t handle, it will backfire on me, I will become so worse. When I could walk more & clean my apartment before I broke my ankle, I cleaned my bedroom, I was doing too much, I had anxiety, panic attacks, I was hyperventilating too. When I get tooooo overwhelmin, I feel so useless, I feel that the world is crashing down on me, I feel like I can’t breathe.

Meh. I'm sorry. I hate feeling like that. I wish I had smore to offer, but the best I have right now is I can totally appreciate where you're coming from. I've been in a similar place lately myself. It sucks. It's ridiculous, you know? I'm grown and these days it feels like I need an adult, but I don't have one except me. And I'm not qualified for all this anymore it seems. Oh, one thing I do try to remind myself of though is that the overwhelm, even when it feels like it's going to swallow me up, never lasts forever.

Do you have anything you can do right now for self care? Something that will help you feel a bit better? Maybe a game you like to play or music you enjoy?

Regardless, I'm hearing you. I hope this passes sooner than later.

I am sorry you feel overwhelmed.

Does anything help when you feel that way?

I use aromatherapy with essential oils in a burner to help destress:

And have chill out music on:

Helps me deal with all the noise from my annoying druggie neighbours.
