Does anyone have that feeling of being miserable, knowing exactly why theyre miserable and brain overloaded, knowing what to do to stop being miserable and brain overloaded but cannot quit doing what their doing?
In my case its not being able to tear myself away from my phone. It physically and mentally hurts to step away because i think i need the crutch of internet. Im too anxious without it a phone in my hand. I cant face the anxiety without it.
