On Sunday I bit into a very crispy potato and a tooth that has always caused me trouble got jarred and I screamed in pain. It has been very painful ever since.
I've been taking paracetamol on and off since, and using a hot wheat bag on my neck and cheek but it hasn't really got better.
By lucky chance I'm going to the dentist today, it was booked months ago, but I'm dreading what he'll say and do to my tooth.
Everything was going so well til this tooth problem...

No, I was explaining why I wrote such an attention-seeking post. There aren't any human friends to sympathise with me in real life so I demand that online humans sympathise with me

It is on and off- sometimes agony, sometimes barely there. It must be a nerve because I can't feel anything wrong with my tooth on the outside...

Tooth pain can be intense enough to drive one to distraction.

And there are plenty of us in here who are friendly so all is good.
