Hi NomadicAssassin. When this happens to you, is there anything going on with your heart? I have a heart condition where I sometimes go into a weird rhythm and have to sit down and feel kind of "out of it."

I do see anxiety in your message. I have anxiety issues too. I am no doctor, but I think it would be logical to assume that anxiety could throw us into a little panic attack where we could feel out of it for a bit.

If you can't get answers here that sound satisfactory, it might not be a bad idea to consult your doctor. Have you done this all your life, or only recently?
